Metro Local is a bus service in Los Angeles County, operated by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Metro Local buses cover both local, limited-stop, and shuttle bus services.

Metro buses are given route numbers that indicate the type of service offered.

There are bus lines that are operated under contract with First Transit, Southland Transit, Transportation Concepts, and Laidlaw, mostly routes operated in the South Bay area.

Since December 17, 2006, Metro Local lines 233 and 204 used 60-foot NABI articulated buses.
