Method grab

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In boardsports, the method grab is a complex trick combining a spin and grab.

[edit] Execution

To perform the method grab, the rider will begin by rotating his or her board 90 degrees to his or her backside(facing opposite the direction of travel). During or upon the rotation, the rider will grab the center of his or her board on the "toeside"(this portion of the trick is known as an indy grab). The rider may now revert to a normal position or continue with another trick.
