Metachondromatosis

Metachondromatosis is an autosomal dominant disease affecting the growth of bones, leading to multiple enchondromas and osteochondromas. Affects mainly tubular bones, though can involve the vertebrae.

Metachondromatosis disease is inherited in an autosomal dominant fashion.
