Nice map, but is the date in DD-YY or MM-YY? You can resolve the ambiguity by citing it in the ISO format: YYYY-MM-DD

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Kyle Broflovski.svg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Kyle Broflovski.svg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Images deleted on Commons

I have observed that you have commented out from the articles quite a number of images deleted on Commons. Sometimes (as was the case with e.g. Image:Gurchenko.jpg) the same images are present on the English Wikipedia under some fair use licenses. Obviously commenting out such images is not helpful. Can you in future check that it is not the case?

One of the sources of such images is the gory story of the {{PD-Soviet}} with thousands of images uploaded in good faith to Commons and then deleted then the license was challenged. Many of them are qualify for the Fair Use status and were uploaded to English Wiki. The other possible source are images originally uploaded to English Wiki as Free images, transferred to Commons, then re-tagged as fair use here and deleted on Commons. There are quite a number of such images please take care. Obviously if an image is deleted on Commons but kept here as a free image then the case should be investigated Alex Bakharev 03:38, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
