I think this should be reworded. "Irrelevant to the topic" indicates that someone has to post a message completely unrelated to the article for this to be used. However talkheader indicates that talk should only be about making changes to the article. Not general discussion of the subject. While pictures taken of britney spears might be relevant to her article, discussing the latest ones and how hot she might be isn't appropriate talk I'm going to reword this to capture this.--Crossmr 16:37, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
