Mesoscincus is a genus comprising three species of skink native to Mexico and Central America. They were formerly included in the genus Eumeces.

- Tepalcatepec Skink, Mesoscincus altamirani (Dugés, 1891) - Mexico.
- Managua Skink, Mesoscincus managuae (Dunn, 1933) - Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, and El Salvador.
- Schwartz' Skink, Mesoscincus schwartzei (Fischer, 1884) - Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize.
