merveilles is Malice Mizer's third album and the first (and only) to be released on the Columbia label. The band's lineup for the album is Gackt (vocals, piano), Mana (guitar, synthesizer), Közi (guitar, synthesizer), Yu~ki (bass), and Kami (drums). The album is notable for featuring one of only two songs Gackt wrote for Malice Mizer, namely the single "Le ciel". Gackt would leave the band nearly a year after this album.

[edit] Notes

  • "Ju te veux" is improper French for "I want you"; the reason for this has not been cleared but it's intentional. Proper french would be "Je te veux".
  • Yu~ki wrote the lyrics to Syunikiss〜二度目の哀悼〜, which is the only song made by Malice Mizer that Yu~ki penned.
