Mermaids of Atlantis was a video game created for the Nintendo game console in 1991, and released in the United States by American Video Entertainment.
Mermaids was a censored version of the unlicensed NES game Bubble Bath Babes that came out in the same year. The original Japanese version, "Soap Panic," was released in 1991 bearing the name of Hacker Int., an unlicensed company known for adult FC and FDS titles that usually didn't play very well.
Mermaids is a basic Tetris style puzzle game with a mermaid in place of the unclothed women in Bubble Bath Babes. A few extra gameplay options were also added.
