Mercy Ministries is a Christian charitable organization that helps young women ages 13-28 deal with life controlling issues such as eating disorders, unplanned pregnancy, self-harm, addictions, depression and abuse.

Mercy Ministries provides holistic faith based counseling in a residential setting. Residents receive life-skills training and education based on biblical principles. Adoption services or parenting classes are also provided for pregnant residents. Services are provided free of charge to all residents. The average length of stay is six to nine months.

The group started in the United States in Louisiana 1983 by its President and Founder, Nancy Alcorn, and has since expanded to Nashville, TN; Monroe, LA; and St. Louis, MO. Mercy Ministries is planning to open a home in Sacramento, CA.

Mercy Ministries operates in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Peru.

Mercy Ministries receives its funds from the Christian community, businesses, foundations and other individuals. Mercy Ministries' 2004 audit showed 77% of donated funds went directly to program costs[citation needed].
