Mepal Airfield

Mepal Airfield was an airfield near the village of Mepal, Cambridgeshire, England. It used towards the end of the Second World War to prepare Avro Lancaster bombers squadrons such as No. 44 (Rhodesia) squadron for use in Tiger Force.
