The tone of this entry is hardly neutral - in two places the writer mentions Buzan's desire to sell books, which is irrelevant to the merit or otherwise of the notion of mental literacy itself. Stick to describing what is required by the title - cynicism and Italic textad hominenItalic text arguments ("The metaphor also implies that the mind uses some sort of set of languages in order to operate and that humans generally do not know how to use them without the Buzan organisation's instruction") have no place in encyclopedia entries.
