This article needs some serious cleanup. The ideas are not developed in a logical order. The formatting is poorly executed. Many spelling and grammatical errors are present. I've begun work on fixing this article, but it's difficult because of the extremely haphazard way it was written. Galanskov 05:01, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
