Melinda O'Neal

Melinda O'Neal is a conductor of choral music. She was music director and conductor of the Handel Society of Dartmouth College from 1979-2004, and in 2002 co-founded the vocal ensemble Sonique. She has been Principal Guest Conductor of the Hanover Chamber Orchestra since 1991, and in 1995 was guest conductor-in-residence at the Seattle Symphony Orchestra Chorale. She is now artistic director and conductor of the Handel Choir of Baltimore, and continues to teach an occasional class at Dartmouth.
