This image, picture-fair-use.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (David Mestel^(Talk)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is being used solely to illustrate the object in question, namely a notable resident or ex-resident of the island of Nevis;
it has previously been released to the public over the internet;
to the best of my knowledge, no free version is publicly available;
it does not detract from the commercial value of the image, nor does it detrimentally affect the ability of the copyright owner to go about his business, because it is of such a low resolution that it could not be used commercially, and an image of this quality is available freely from the owner's website.
