Mega Manila is the term used for the regions of Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMARO and Metro Manila. It is frequently used in the press, advertising, television and radio.

Mega Manila is further divided into Metro Manila and the suburbs of Central Luzon, CALABARZON and MIMAROPA. Mega Manila's population is 29,757,160, 38.9% of the country's population.
