Meg Wynn Owen, sometimes formerly credited as Megwyn Owen, is an English character actress, who is best known for her role as Hazel Bellamy, nee Forrest, in the television series Upstairs, Downstairs.

Recently she appeared in the films Gosford Park and Love Actually.
