I would like to encourage the participants here to keep Wikipedia:Fair use#Counterexamples #5 in mind when having this discussion. I understand that political feeling and urgency of updating may both contribute to not checking every item of Wikipedia:Image use policy, but we need to be very careful in our use of unlicensed images, and images from commercial news providers are very problematic.
