[edit] Request Information
- Request made by: Thesmothete 07:18, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
- Where is the issue taking place?
- coffee table book
- Who's involved?
- various editors. While I would like to assume good faith, I suspect sockpuppetry
- What's going on?
- various editors are approaching a revert war over two alternate versions of the article. Only one side is using the talk page to discuss changes
- What would you like to change about that?
- I'd like an investigation into the possible sockpuppetry, and if that comes up clean, I'd like to have a two-way discussion about how best to improve the article, given the competing versions.
- Would you prefer we work discreetly? If so, how can we reach you?
- my life is an open book. a coffee table book, perhaps. Please use my talk page to reach me
[edit] Mediator response
I will swoop in and take this case. I thought of a few good comprimises just looking at the report. Antimatter---talk--- 02:11, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
It's been a couple days, and the problem seems to be sorting itself out, no reverts have been made...it may have just been a misguided wikipedian attempting to help out...in any case, if nothing happens for a few days, I'll close the case. Antimatter---talk--- 02:57, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
OK time's up...it's overAntimatter---talk--- 17:22, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
