- Where is the issue taking place?
- On the page about me which is called Touré.
- Who's involved?
- Me and someone else who I cannot figure out how to identify.
- What's going on?
- It has been my personal policy for the past 20 years to never use my last name in any aspect of my life. When I write for the NY Times and the few times I've been written about by the Times and other publications they have all respected that. On my page it says Toure does not use his last name and also says, please do not add it to this page. Yet someone continues to add my last name. I take it off, they put it back, I take it off, they put it back. I've made it clear I don't want that part of my life but they insist on sticking it back in. At this point I consider it wiki-vandalism.
- What would you like to change about that?
- I would like my last name to be left out of this entire discussion. I've made a choice in my life to be known just as Toure and I think that should be respected. Everything else in my life is fair game but I ask that be left out.
- Would you prefer we work discreetly? If so, how can we reach you?
