[edit] Reverting vandalism

Hello. On the American Revolution article you reverting some vandalism in this edit. Unfortunately the vandal make two edits in a row to the page, and you only reverting the second of the two edits. Everybody that came after you must have figured you reverted all the vandalism, and so the problem never got fixed (until I just fixed it now). To answer your question on the flag, when rotated 90 degrees, the flag should be flipped along its (now) vertical axis to put the union in the viewer's left and the presenter's right. The exception is when it is hung in such a manner that the flag is hanging vertically over a street or thoroughfare. In that instance the union should be on the outermost point of the flagpole or holding mechanism (i.e. the union is closest to the street). Hope that answers your question.
