Medway is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

The Medway constituency covers a similar area to that of the borough of Medway, although the constituency's coverage is different. Some towns in the borough, such as Gillingham (Gillingham) or Chatham (Chatham and Aylesford) have their own constituency.

Following their boundary review of parliamentary representation in Kent, the Boundary Commission for England have replaced the Medway seat with a new constituency of Rochester and Strood.
