MediaChance is a software development company originating in Canada. In 2003, it opened an office in Europe, where software is developed by a Czech-Slovak team. Roman Voska is the founder of MediaChance, a Slovak now living in Canada.

The company’s product portfolio spans a wide range of multimedia authoring and image editing tools. The current flagship product is DVD-lab, a DVD authoring program. Other major products include Multimedia Builder, a Microsoft Windows-based authoring tool; Photo-Brush, a bitmap editing program; Real-DRAW Pro, a combined vector and bitmap drawing program; and a catalogue of freeware utilities.
