"Medac" is a song written by bassist player John Entwistle of the British rock band The Who. It was released in the 1967 album The Who Sell Out and it tells the story of a teenager called Henry Pond that suffered from acne. His friends would often make fun of him so Henry decided to put an end to that. He bought a lotion called Medac and in a matter of days "his face is like a baby's bottom".

It is the shortest song made by John Entwistle.

On the back cover of the album The Who Sell Out we can see drummer Keith Moon applying some Medac on his left cheek where a huge red spot is. The Medac tube is bigger that Moon's head.

In the U.S., Decca Records renamed this track "Spotted Henry."
