[edit] Peace be upon him (Islam)

Could you look at this article when you get a chance and read the talk page as well? They are trying to change many things in there that seem unsourced and simply wrong that saying the salaah and salaam on the Prophet includes by obligation sending it on his family. Likewise, they are saying that we should instead say Subhannahu wa ta'ala for the Prophet which is incredibly erroneous. Any help would be greatly appreciated. May Allah reward you, ameen. [edit] License tagging for Image:Shahaadah.PNG

Thanks for uploading Image:Shahaadah.PNG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 05:08, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Aramaic

can I ask how a ultra-muslim extremist like you knowns little Aramaic language? Thanks. Chaldean 17:45, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Well I used to study the language, I wish I had the time to continue it further but I can't at the moment. I was primarily interested in especially Estrangelo Aramiac (gospel Aramaic) due to its religious significance (I'm a former Christian) and then later Chaldean Aramaic due to interaction with some Iraqi speakers of the language. Further I know of many Muslims who speak an Aramaic language, its not that the language is stigmatised as it has close ties to Christian communities at all, if anything its relationship to Arabic makes it necessary to fully understand the roots of Arabic (and semetic in general) words.Mecca Cola 04:31, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

Seeing your knowledge in Aramaic, I believe that you may be interested in something that has been recently proposed on Meta. If you'd like to help us get the Aramaic Wiktionary established, please add your name to the "Users interested in forming an editing community" section, and voice your support in the section labeled "Arguments in favour".
