Meatshake

Meatshake was a fictitious chain of restaurants offering "meat-based thick shakes". Their web site http://www.meatshake.com was a promotional gimmick for Taste the Secret, a CD by the Long Beach-based group Ugly Duckling, a concept album about working at a fast food chain called Meatshake and its inter-business war with Veggie Hut, an all-vegetarian fast food stand. When it was operational, Meatshake's website appeared to be a fully-functional website promoting a small Long Beach area based fast food restaurant, whose vision was "meat - and lots of it", served in the form of milkshakes. The site even had a list of restaurants (whose addresses were area McDonalds restaurants), employees of the month, and even a storefront or two (one of which appeared to be the storefront to an In-N-Out Burger).
