[edit] About "Uncle Bus" Article
Please do not change the name of the article any more, the article was created by me and I have already explained why it should be called "Uncle Bus" in Wikipedia in the article "Bus Uncle". --- CMB Transit, May 26, 2006, 16:01 (BST)
If you really feel that the title of the topic should change, you are always welcomed to have an arguement with me off the Wiki system. DO NOT modify it yourself before we have discussed about it and have come up with a final decision, I've reverted your changes just because you didn't ask my permission as the creator/starter of the topic. By the way, the topic has already established its fame so I think it is more imappropriate to change the title now. --- CMB Transit, May 26, 2006, 17:31 (BST)

[edit] Xiangqi image
Hello! Thank you for adding very nice pictures to Xiangqi! They significantly improved the article. One image still is not yet Ok, this is which was intended to show checkmate situation. However it is not checkmate, black can capture red pawn with his advisor. After that the red cannon doesn't attack the black king anymore. You can fix this e.g. by replacing this red pawn with a black advisor. Andreas Kaufmann 13:31, 13 July 2005 (UTC)
This is checkmate. Nomatter whose turn it is, the black side loses. If it's the red side's turn, the player can do a cannon jumpover and capture the king. At the same time, if it's the black's turn, nomatter what the player does, the cannon is still in the checking place. Nothing can be avoided. Deryck C. 07:22, 14 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] About the Locator Maps for the 18 Districts of Hong Kong
Hi, Jerry. Several weeks ago, we have been talking about a project for making the maps of the position of a particular district within the territory of the Hong Kong SAR (the so-called "highlight map"). Actually, I have been making a new version for the highlight maps that I uploaded before, as you said that the old version was not very good. :-P After replacing the old versions with the new versions, I started to make the map for some more districts. But as I was about to upload my map for Central and Western District, I saw that you have made another version too, and you have made a template. The template is super great! (I modified it for a little bit) Thank you for your contribution! But I think your highlight is not clear enough (because of the colour combinations). I tried to put the one that I made into the template, and see whether it looks good. You may go to the page and see whether it is good. (I have made the maps for Sha Tin, Tai Po, Sai Kung, Tuen Mun and Central already.)

[edit] Map of Hong Kong
Great map! Immense effort appreciated! However, some minor errors. I'm sure that Ap Lei Chau, Green Island and some other islands around Hong Kong Island are administered by the district councils on the island, not "Outlying Islands". Dragons Bay
- Right... in fact not many islands are part of the Islands District. Only Lamma, Hei Ling Chau, The Brothers, Kau Yi Chau, Soko Islands, Po Toi Islands, Peng Chau, etc., are part of it, but not Kau Sai Chau, High Islands, Ping Chau, Round Island (Ngan Chau), Middle Island (Tong Po Chau), Magazine Island (Fo Yeuk Chau). Ma Wan and the northeastern corner of Lantau, including Yam O and the majority of Penny's Bay, is part of Tsuen Wan District. And again, it would be great to have the maritime boundaries between the districts, and between Hong Kong and the mainland. — Instantnood 15:59, July 24, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Dai Pai Dong
r u sure that the chain store part should occupy another page? I dun think that deserves an independent entry. :-( --K.C. Tang 16:47, 24 July 2005 (UTC)
- I think the principle should be that something deserves an independent entry when it is either informational (like the division of HK districts) or interesting or both (like the HK flag articel :-D). R there any official guideline for that? I am not sure ... By the way, r u sure that there r traditional Dai Pai Dong in Wan Chai? where r they located? i am thinking to go to take some photos for the article. --K.C. Tang 06:57, 25 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] About the district maps again
I think what you meaned was that it is a little bit girlish to put Khaki and pink together, eh? :-P Well, but at least it makes a clearer indication than the versions that use grey, white or green to indicate the landmass. But generally, I believe that we just have to, based on the khaki-and-pink version that I have just made, and modify the colours so that it looks nicer. (We can discuss about the use of colour with some Hong Kong Wikipedians.) Other than the combination of the colours, I think everything else works out pretty well. (Do you agree with that? :-) ) For instance, since the map is used to indicate the position of a district within the territory of the Hong Kong SAR, we don't have to include any part of Shenzhen or any zoom-out map showing the entire China. This was done in the khaki-and-pink version that I have just made. Also, it would be a good idea to add two square boxes at the left-hand upper corner showing which colour is for which. This was also done. Again, we may discuss with some Hong Kong Wikipedians to get some inspirations.
By the way, I have a silly question to ask. What is the difference between JPG and PNG formats? PNG is a pretty new format to me. I used to use JPG for any graphics that I made. Why is it better to use PNG? What is the principle behind? Would the size of the image file be larger if we use PNG?
Again, thank you for your effort on the template. It is really good and well-organized to use a template. But the reason why I prefer using "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" to using "Hong Kong" is that many foreign readers - like those Americans :-P, who are not care about international affairs at all, may still think that Hong Kong is an country. As a result, they may think that those 18 districts are the provinces in a country, rather than the sub-divisions within a province-level city. (Especially if those maps don't have the scales, they don't know that everything in the map is just something within a city.) Well, Wikipedia should take care of those "silly" people. :-P It is no harm to write "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region." Furthermore, I heard that, in the flag-raising ceremony at Wanchai on 1/7/2005, the English M.C. also said "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region" EVERY TIME! So, it is pretty official to say in that way. :-P
Another thing... In your user page in Wikipedia, you said you know a little bit Japanese. And in your ICQ info, you said you are going to learn French. It is really good to be multi-lingual! I have started learning German too. Maybe we can contribute to some Hong Kong-related articles in those Wikipedias in foreign languages. For example, recently I have contributed these: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bild:Karte_von_Hongkong_mit_Ortsnamen.png http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bild:WusteGobi.jpg
As a Chinese, I really think it is pretty sad that Chinese Wikipedia has very few articles (a lot less that English, German, Japanese Wikipedias) even China is the mosyt populous country in the world. But frankly speaking, some articles in Chinese Wikipedia are pretty crappy. I don't have the motive to improve Chinese Wikimedia if I have to do it alone. As you are an active participant in Wikipedia, should we encourage other Hong Kong Wikipedians to contribute more in Chinese Wikipedia and the Wikipedias in foreign languages?
Recently, I see that there is a "Cantonese Wikipedia" under test. Those "words" used in Cantonese Wikipedia are not even words at all! It even promotes some bad culture of using Chinese language. Hm...I think most of the participants there are Hong Kongers. What do you think about that? :-/

Er, are you sure you want to be writing "evidence of evolution"? I mean, it's not as if (1) it is really needed, and (2) since nothing in biology makes sense except in the light of evolution, you're going to be attempting to write the whole of natural history. I think it better than horse evolution goes into its own article and only gets a mention there, despite it frequently being used as a case study. Dunc|☺ 15:46, 30 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Happycorner.jpg
I saw that you tagged Image:Happycorner.jpg with Template:PD-China. However, I believe that template is inapproprate since the image is less than 50 years old. The image is also imprinted with a non GFDL compliant restriction. If the image is to remain on wikipedia, it must be released either under GFDL or into the public domain. --Jiang 17:37, 3 August 2005 (UTC)
- I note that you've now tagged the image as being under the GFDL. The "Wikipedia only" restriction that's embedded in the image itself is incompatible with the GFDL, and the image compresses better as a PNG, so I'm making the derivative version Image:Happycorner.png with the restriction notice removed. Just keeping you informed of this. Bryan 17:41, 25 December 2005 (UTC)

I have some pictures you might be interested in. I have three pictures of the HK SAR flag when it is displayed on a desk (eg. table flags). I can ask my friend, who sent them, if I can upload it here under the GFDL license. Plus, sorry I was being rough on ya when you uploaded the small animated gif of the Hong Kong flag. - Also, the plastic flags that I have are very similar to this photo and to this photo. Zscout370 (Sound Off) 18:47, 4 August 2005 (UTC)
One more thing, a section about the legality of flag desrecration can be started. I have found this: http://law.hku.hk/lawof/UploadFile/986.htm:
"ANOTHER CONVICTION FOR FLAG DESECRATION
April Fifth Action Group activist Leung Kwok-hung is no stranger to the law banning the desecration of the Chinese and Hong Kong flags and emblems. He was convicted for a second time in March 2002 and fined HK$3,000, along with another group member, Koo Sze-yiu. The pair were charged in connection with a demonstration in Central in May 2001. The court heard that two petals of Hong Kong’s bauhinia emblem had been blacked out.
Mr Leung argued that everyone should be entitled to exercise freedom of expression, and that the law under which he was prosecuted, the Regional Flag and Regional Emblem Ordinance, should be scrapped.
However, the magistrate did not see the case in this light. In addition to fining the pair, he ordered Mr Leung to pay the HK$3,000 good-behaviour bond imposed on him in February 2001 for his first offence. The pair’s supporters paid their fines, which meant they did not have to serve jail terms. Mr Leung said at the time of his first conviction that he would not appeal against the sentence because he did not believe he could win.
A previous desecration case—the first since the relevant laws were enacted in July 1997—went all the way to the Court of Final Appeal. The Court of Appeal found in favour of two activists accused of desecrating the Chinese flag, arguing that the laws were an unnecessary restriction on freedom of expression, and therefore in breach of both the Basic Law and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. But the Court of Final Appeal re-imposed the guilty verdicts imposed by a lower court, arguing that the laws imposed a permissible restriction on freedom of expression.
Four weeks after their conviction in the flag desecration case, Leung Kwok-hung and Koo Sze-yiu were jailed for 14 days for shouting slogans in the Legislative Council chamber during a question-and-answer session with the chief executive, Tung Chee-hwa. That incident took place in October 2001, shortly after Mr Tung delivered his annual policy address. It was the fifth time Mr Leung had disrupted a Legislative Council session, and the second time he had gone to jail. The activist said it was unfair to jail him as he had only been expressing his political opinions." Thoughts? Zscout370 (Sound Off) 19:26, 4 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Template & Collaboration
Hey Jerry. Lemme try to explain the title tool first. In Chinese wikipedia, u can use -{T|correct title}- to modify the title; and with the new title, you can even apply regional translations, so the whole title modifier can become e.g. -{T|zh-cn:布什;zh-tw:布希;zh-hk:布殊}-. I don't know who exactly invented this small but mighty tool, but since it looks like it's unique to Chinese wikipedia, I suspect it comes from zh:user:zhengzhu, who invented the entire Simp/Trad translation system in Chinese wikipedia.
There's also something called "A標籤" in Chinese wikipedia and I can't seem to work out what it is. I suspect it's a translation system that applies throughout the entire article, rather than for an individual case like -{zh-cn:布什;zh-tw:布希;zh-hk:布殊}-. I tried googling zh.wikipedia.org but to no avail.
As for collaboration between zh and en HK users... I'm afraid I won't be of much use in leading the project, since I'm currently back in London and will be quite busy with work. I'd be happy to do take part if time allows me to do so, though. Hello World from Chinese Wikipedia seems to be the most active Hong Konger over there, and he's an admin too -- so I suggest you contact him instead if you have any collaboration projects in mind? Good luck! -- Tonync 21:06, 4 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Title template
The template you referred to in page am730 is specifically implemented in the software for the Chinese wikipedia, mainly to support cutomized conversion between traditional and simplified Chinese in the title, but people quickly found out that it can be used for other purposes as well, like the case of am730. It is fairly easy to implement this function for other languages like English, and I will be happy to do so. However you should first check with the the specific language community to see if such feature is desirable. I suggest you ask around at village pump or post to wikipedia-l and wikitech-l, and contact me again. (I am kind of on break now, with new jobs and everything...) We'll need you to draw two maps, basically based on the district maps, but according to the 2000 coastlines. :-) Meanwhile are you having difficulties with the district maps? Is it possible to add the borders on sea? — Instantnood 16:42, August 7, 2005 (UTC)
- Hmm.. actually I'm talking about the borders between the districts on sea, but anyways good try. For the borders between districts over the sea you can take a look at [4], [5], etc. (PDF maps). The maps for UrbCo and RegCo will basically be Hong Kong Island + Kowloon + New Kowloon, and the rest, respectively. But since they're scrapped in 2000 we cannot show the current (2005) coastline. Have you got a RegCo library card by the way? You're living in the New Territories right? — Instantnood 17:06, August 7, 2005 (UTC)
- I'm double checking the Hong Kong-mainland China sea boundary.. I'm afraid it's not too accurate... Seems like I'm a bit demanding ain't I? — Instantnood 17:14, August 7, 2005 (UTC)
- Hmm.. is there a library out there? Or people prefers going to City Hall? Actually the Islands District is only one among the the nine districts of the New Territories.. perhaps it was relatively remote and people won't normally include it when talking about "New Territories" in common speech. Just like few consider New Kowloon part of the New Territories, and many consider Tseung Kwan O, Clear Water Bay, or even Sai Kung part of Kowloon. — Instantnood 17:23, August 7, 2005 (UTC)

I received your message, Jerry. Actually, I don't know much information about that. I nominated these two articles mainly because I want to know more about that. :-) But anyway, should we make an outline first - like what information should be included, and what should not be include? In that way, we can have the "headings" for each section of the article first. I think the picture (masterpiece? :-D) that you guys are talking about can be added later. The texts should be ready first. - Alanmak 20:55, 7 August 2005 (UTC)

Hey, thanks for the work. Is the file really to big to be sent via e-mail? Even if you zip it? I'm back in London already so I can't collect it from you in person (a meet-up would have been cool). I'm also quite busy with work and other stuff right now, so even if I get the file I probably won't be able to work on it quite yet. Let me know if you have any suggestions. BTW, Can I ask you to do an interwiki on your Chinese page, so it links to your talk page? That would make replying to you a LOT easier. Thanks. -- Tonync (talk) (講) 23:45, 9 August 2005 (UTC)

u think that's good? I think that's not sharp enough (the day was misty when I took that) :( By the way, would u have time to go through the whole HK Flag article? [edit] cyanide
Hi Jerry, you wrote, of course cyanide is reversible...otherwise who has swallowed cyanide MUST die.... This is not true. Once cyanide binds complex IV it will not come off. Whether you die depends on how much cyanide is swallowed not whether it's binding can be reversed. If you swallow enough to itochondria you are dead. That is not the only reason it is a bad example for non competitive inhibition since cyanide does bind the active site and competes with oxygen for that active site! This example is more like a suicide inhibitor. David D. (Talk) 16:16, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
- Hi jerry I did some more research and you are right with regard to the non competitive nature. With a google search i found web sites claoming competitive and non competitive. However, I trust the following source:
- Quoted from the text:
- Inhibitors of Complex IV, Cytochrome c Oxidase
-
- Complex IV, cytochrome c oxidase (COX) (EC 1.9.3.1) is a heme/copper terminal oxidase that uses cytochrome c as electron donor (Figure 1C). According to the classification by Nicholls & Chance (40), COX inhibitors fall into four categories: (a) heme-binding inhibitors that are noncompetitive with both O2 and cytochrome c (e.g. azide, cyanide, and sulfide), (b) inhibitors competitive with oxygen, such as carbon monoxide (CO) and nitric oxide (NO), (c) inhibitors competitive with cytochrome c (polycations); and (d) noncompetitive inhibitors not affecting the heme groups, such as phosphate ions and alkaline pH.
- With regard to reversible or irreversible, again i found claims for both but nothing concrete. More research is needed but I still tend towards if not irreversible then 'effectively' irreversible. David D. (Talk) 18:57, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
- I just noticed that the wiki page for cytochrome c oxidase claims irreversible for cyanide. I'm not sure of the basis for this claim. David D. (Talk) 22:28, 28 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging
Thanks for uploading and Image:Nuwatemple.jpg. I notice they currently don't have an image copyright tag, so their copyright status is therefore unclear. Please add a tag to let us know its copyright status. (If you created/took the pictures then you can use gfdl to release it under the GFDL. If you can claim fair use use fairuse.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know on the image description page where you got the images and I'll tag them for you. Otherwise, see Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use. Thanks so much. --Thryduulf 16:39, 1 September 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Image Copyright Problem RE:Image:MJ tiles.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:MJ tiles.jpg. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law. We need you to specify two things on the image description page:
- The copyright holder, and
- The copyright status
The copyright holder is usually the creator. If the creator was paid to make this image, then their employer may be the copyright holder. If several people collaborated, then there may be more than one copyright holder. If you created this image, then you are the copyright holder.
Because of the large number of images on Wikipedia, we've sorted them using image copyright tags. Just find the right tag corresponding to the copyright status of this image, and paste it onto the image description page like this: TAGHERE.
There are 3 basic ways to licence an image on Wikipedia:
- An open content licence
- Public Domain
- Fair Use
- The copyright holder gets the best protection of his work by licencing their work under an open content license like the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence. If you have the express permission of the copyright holder to licence their work under the above licence, use the image copyright tag: . The GNU Free Documentation License is another choice for licencing one's work. Again, if you have the express permission of the copyright holder, use the tag: GFDL.
- The copyright holder can also release his work into the public domain, see here for images released into the public domain.
-
- Images from certain sources are automatically release into the Public Domain. This is true for most governments like the federal United States government. (See here for images from the government of the USA and here for other governments) However not all governments release their work into the public domain, such as the UK government (See herefor images from the UK government). Non-free licence governments are listed here.
- Also, in some cases, an image is copyrighted but allowed on Wikipedia because of Fair Use. To see if this image qualifies and then how to tag it, see Wikipedia:Fair use.
For any other sources of for more information see Wikipedia:Image copyright tags. Please remember that if you don't tag your images, they will be deleted.
-
- P.S. If you have uploaded other images without including copyright tags, please go back and tag them. Also, please tag all images that you upload in the future.
If you have any questions, just leave a message on my talk page. Thanks again. --Thryduulf 16:41, 1 September 2005 (UTC)

I saw that you made a pronunciation file to go with Hong Kong. Hi, I hope you undertsnad now that your actions of cutting and pasting and moving that produced Freddy (weather) was improper. [edit] Arbitration case Instantnood 2 closed
The Arbitration case on which you commented, Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Instantnood 2, has closed. The Committee's decision is as follows:
Instantnood, Huaiwei, and SchmuckyTheCat are all placed on Probation for topics relating to China for a year. This means that any sysop, in the exercise of their judgement for reasonable cause, documented in a section of this decision, may ban them from any article which relates to China which they disrupt by inappropriate editing. In doing so, the sysop must notify the banned user on their talk page, and a note must also placed on WP:AN/I. They may post suggestions on the talk page of any article from which they are banned from editing. This remedy is crafted to permit them to continue to edit articles in these areas which are not sources of controversy. In addition to this, Instantnood is restricted to proposing only one page move, poll of editors, or policy change relating to Wikipedia:Naming conventions (Chinese) per week, and reminded to make useful edit summaries.

Agree. Don't think it's logical to have wikilinks such as Commonwealth of Australia, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America, or Swiss Confederation. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China is no exception. My policy is to wikify its full name, or simply write Hong Kong. — Instantnood 21:12, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] A Dove
I'm not too informed of the controversy, but I'm sure that every one acts on good faith. Talented people are often impatient, and impatience usually caused misunderstanding, and hence unhappiness. We hope that everything can be solved in a friendly way. Wikipedia is, after all, a place for fun and friendship. ^-^ (Forgive me if my words sound silly). --K.C. Tang 06:54, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- so what's the crux of the argument after all? I only saw ur message concerning the Lor Mai Ka on Alan's page, I dun know the whole story or drama. --K.C. Tang 07:07, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- u mean the pronunciation guide in the Name Template? can u give an article as an example?--K.C. Tang 07:43, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- I know that Alan has created a name template, so why doesn't he use that in that case?--K.C. Tang 08:26, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
- It seems that his rational for deleting the IPA is that it's not good to have too many transliterations incorporated in the first line of an article; on the other hand, i saw that he has created a name template to list the transliterations separately to deal with the issue, and the template can be seen on some articles. Therefore, i dun understand why this time he tried to delete the IPA instead of using the template. It puzzles me, maybe i dun know the whole story. --K.C. Tang 16:46, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Comments on Alanmak
What do you think we should do? — Instantnood 21:57, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
He seems to quite readily label disagreeing viewpoints as: (pick one) vandalism, selfishness, regional-centrism, sinophobia, bias, independence supporters, political POV pushers, oppurtunists, and so on. On his user page, User:Alanmak, he seems to have targetted you as an individual who needs reverting. But regardless of personal attacks or disagreements, a person who lacks concensus and is unwilling to build it won't be able to push their viewpoints for long. If you manage to build concensus with everyone else, there's only so many reverts he can do. After that is the choice between trying to build concensus with other users, or a ban for violation of the 3RR. --Yuje 09:18, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging Image:Nuwatemple.jpg
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Nuwatemple.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use GFDL to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the image qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. [edit] Enzyme
Please see the discussion of the enzyme article, I really don't like the current figures and will replace them in a few days if you don't give some input. It would be great if you can make the changes I suggested to the current figures. Hichris 15:22, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
- "I redrew the third diagram accarding to Biological Science by Oxford University Press. I don't really understand why you are confused? The active site doesn't cover up the entire substrate if the size of the substrate isn't appropriate. And you're the only here to complain. -- Jerry Crimson Mann 16:07, 16 February 2006 (UTC)"
-
- The reason the 3rd figure is unclear is because it is not clear what the active site is, when I clicked on the figure I saw little circles, is that supposed to indicate the active site? If so it is both unclear and unrealistic. Clarity is the main problem with all the figures currently in use, yes if I click on them and look at the full size figure they are clear for the most part, however as is, they really don't work. Perhaps the reason I'm the only one complaining is that I'm the only Real Enzymologist working on the article. Hichris 18:22, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Chinese Wikipedia Conference!
Hey Jerry, haven't seen you around in Chinese Wikipedia. Hope everything's going well. As you probably know, Chinese Wikipedia is organising its first Wikipedians Conference (formerly known as Chinese Wikimania, but the name is abandoned due to copyright reasons). After a round of voting, Hong Kong has been nominated as host city. If you'd like to help out, please do join the local Working Committee. It seems like Chinese University is quite likely to be the venue for the event. One way I'm sure you can help though, is by using your magnificient graphics skills for the conference's official logo. It'd be a great opportunity to show off your stuff! I've had a go at it already, looking forward to see yours too :) Sorry for leaving such a long message. Please let me know if you need anything. Hi Jerry, I am a HK Wikipedian mostly active at zh: . Thanks a lot :) --Lorenzarius 15:21, 25 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] help wanted
I need your help. I am a new member of wikipeida. I find the article of "Tibet" or "history of tibet" in wikipeida is very biased towards pro-independent Tibetans. I have strong evidence to prove what I said. I made some edit and added some important facts. However, they are deleted. The problem is: I am not familiar with the rules of wikipeida and I probable won't have time to get familiar with it. So, I need your help so that truth can be known by people. You can find my deleted versions in the history of that topic. The main source of my information is in the following. This is probably the most complete and detailed information source on the Tibet issue. But it is not listed in the reference list of Tibet page yet. I remember the content of this website is from Chinese government’s white paper on Tibet issue. If you go to the official website of Tibetan in exiles, you will find that although they are very unhappy with these information. They could not point out any major problems about these facts. It would be better if you can have a quick look of this website and add whatever information you want.
