McNamara/Troy is a fictional surgical partnership on the television series Nip/Tuck. Plastic surgeons Sean McNamara and Christian Troy have established this partnership in Miami and the two have become well known. Sean left to go to California, forcing Christian to re-name the partnership Troy/Landau, after his fiancée. In the Season 4 finale, Christian shows up in the operating room with Sean in California. It is unknown where the partnership will go next.
