The McDonald's menu at Canadian restaurants is similar to that of American restaurants. It contains the traditional food items, deli sandwices, salads, breakfast items, desserts and a "Value Picks" menu.

McDonald's restaurants across Canada have a "Value Picks" menu of sandwiches, desserts and more for $1.39 CAD each. Started in Mid 2006, the Value Picks menu has replaced the McDeal campaign, where a sandwich of the day was available for $1.39.
The Current Value Picks Menu Includes:
- Double Cheeseburger
- Junior Chicken Sandwich
- Bacon Cheeseburger
- Two Pies (Strawberry or Apple)
- Sundaes (available in Strawberry, Carmel and Chocolate as well as occasional feature flavours)
- Sausage McMuffin Breakfast Sandwich
- Small Coffee and a Muffin
The Double Cheeseburger, Bacon Cheeseburger and Junior Chicken sandwiches can be made into Value Meals for $3.99.

McDonalds breakfast menu is available everyday from open to lunch (6am-10:30am mon-fri, 6am-11am sat,sun).
