MCA 21 is a project implemented in india by TCS whereby all the Company Related document filing and inspecting activities are made available through internet. With the implementation of this project all the transactions with the Minisrty of Company affairs are made online with the use of digital signatures. This is also the pilot project in the area of e-governance in india.
