Maxine Jones (born Maxine Waters Jones, January 16, 1965, in Paterson, New Jersey) is one of the original members of the R&B singing group En Vogue. She left the group in 2001 to spend time with her daughter Jessica. Although she declined an offer to rejoin the group permanently, she did fill in for Cindy Herron on the group's 2003 European tour.
Jones has a wide vocal range, making her quite versatile within the group. She is described by the other group members as the stylish one, having worked as a hairdresser before joining En Vogue. In addition to singing, Jones and her sisters have an online e-commerce business. Jones rejoined En Vogue on a permanent basis in the third quarter of 2004.
