Maximum Risk is a 1996 film, directed by Ringo Lam and starring Jean Claude Van Damme and Natasha Henstridge.
Van Damme plays Alain Moreau, a French police officer who discovers a murder victim that is his twin brother he has never known. Van Damme goes to New York City looking for the killer and their motive. In his search, he becomes involved in a Russian Mafia war.
