Maxfield Research is a Minnesota based real estate research company. Founded in 1983 by Lee Maxfield and business partner Gary Solomonson Maxfield Research focuses its work on obtaining and interpreting real estate market information and conducts feasibility studies for the real estate market. Nearly 60% of it’s work focuses on the private sector with the rest centered around public sector research.
