Max the Mutt Animation School

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Max The Mutt Animation School is a Canadian private college that is located in Toronto, Ontario. It was founded in 1997 by Maxine Schacker and Tina Seeman. Graduates receive a 3-year diploma in "Classical and Computer Animation Basics", and have an option to complete a fourth year, to receive an additional diploma in "3-D Character Animation".[1] In addition to instruction in animation, a course on acting and improvisation is provided. [2] As a private career college, the classes and facility is small, which the college says allows students to receive more attention and assistance from the instructors.

According to Linda White of the Toronto Sun the school has "...earned a reputation as a leading animation school and has attracted talented instructors who've made their mark in the industry."[3]
