His Eminence Maurice Cardinal Roy, CC (January 25, 1905 - October 24, 1985) was a Canadian Archbishop of Quebec and Primate of the Church in Canada.
Born in Quebec City, he was ordained a priest in 1927, appointed a bishop in 1946, appointed an archbishop in 1947, and appointed a Cardinal, by Pope Paul VI, in 1965. He was the head chaplain of the Canadian Army in Europe during World War II. He was awarded the Order of the British Empire. In 1971 he was made a Companion of the Order of Canada.
