Maulana Zafar Ali Khan (1873 - 1956) was born in Kot Mehrath, Sialkot in British India. He received his early education from Wazirabad, Gujranwala District[1].
He was editor of Zamindar newspaper at the time of British rule. He also played a role in the freedom movement against the British government in India.
