[edit] License tagging for Image:Lambang kalsel.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Lambang kalsel.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 10:05, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Tagging

Hi I am an unofficial nuisance tagger on the Indonesia Project - I try to trawl for new articles to make sure that they are linked to the main WP Indonesia project - and I usually do that by putting - two of the the curly brackets -WP Indonesia = two curly brackets - on every talk page of every untagged indonesian project article that I can find. It would be very good - that as you create your regency articles - if you could do at the same time? It would be a geat help. Any questions please ask me! cheers SatuSuro 07:56, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

Our meeting - Its sort of new years day at sunrise yeah? SatuSuro
Hi Malam Satu Suro! Yeah, sure, no problemo. I could do that for sure...if only I know what two curly brackets means. Oh, and what do u mean by meeting, new years day at sunrise? Nggak ngerti deh... :P Matahari Pagi 08:42, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WP:INA member page

Hello Matahari Pagi! What a nice name. By the way, I have changed your name entry on the member page, since you put your name as Bhaskara. Just as a remainder, please use your username for things like this, so the name on the history page would be the same with the name on the actual page. Thanks and welcome to the project - Imoeng 22:46, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Oops!! My bad... thank you for making the correction!Matahari Pagi 03:40, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Time

Regarding a particular editor and a 1905 photo, i suggest we no longer spend too much time trying to reason with him on talk pages - his conversations just go around in circles and nothing new is offered. Just change anything that is poor in the articles. If he keeps going around abusing people and threatening them with 'warnings' he won't last long he anyway. Let's ignore him, and lets spend our time improving the articles - nice work on the architecture articles by the way. kind regards Merbabu 20:53, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

Oops... I guess I am an easy target for provocation.... you are right, there's no point in continuing anyway. Thank you! Matahari Pagi 03:17, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Banjarese Architecture

Hi! So by now you may have found out that I stumbled into the Borneo related articles by expanding the Longhouse article with the Borneo version of this house type (that article could use more information on traditions on the Kalimantan side of the island). I think it a great thing that these subjects are expanding and quite interested in the subject as it has a lot to do with the part of my life outside of wp that I enjoy the most: documenting old buildings. I had started adding houses to the Banjar people article after I read your message on my talk page when I noticed the Banjar Arichtecture Category. Maybe the architecture should be mentioned in the article as the category might be easily missed - as I did. Reading some of the house articles there is a lot I miss or don't understand but then again my somewhat more professional interest might not be the way other people approach the subject. For one thing I love studying plans in detail, something others might find boring or irritating. I found these texts Inside Austronesian Houses: Perspectives on domestic designs for living extremely interesting and have been musing on the "inner and outer space" in contrast to the "privat and public space" in european and middle east houses. Maybe the Banjarese architecture has also some of the characteristics it shares with other austronesian architecture but that differ from european or other house building concepts. Oh well got to go now....--T.woelk 11:03, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
