[edit] Continuing Harassment by Jefferson Anderson
Jefferson Anderson appears to have violated WP:NPA and WP:POINT by creating a user box directly attacking another editor, Mattisse. See this diff. BostonMA asked him to remove it. Earlier, Jefferson Anderson also created a "List of rude editors" which only included Mattisse's name. He removed the "list" after another user commented unfavorably on it but replaced it with the userbox above. Jefferson Anderson also significantly edited the Wikipedia:Sock puppetry page (here and here), which is a WP:POLICY, without any discussion on the talk page. Please note that Jefferson Anderson has been named in a Checkuser motion in this arbitration, thus may have ulterior motives for wanting the policy worded differently.

- As an outsider to this mediation, I agree completely with the statements above by User:Paul Pigman and Guy. I also see this mediation as a further attempt at harassment. The Starwood Arbitration is not finished and, in my opinion, there is no reason to mediate the same points at issue in Arbitration here and further sap the energy of those involved. The Arbitration stemmed directly out of a lengthy mediation on essentially the same issues as this one (during which an RFC was filed against one of the participants and the RFC concensus vote subsequently disregarded). Thus the need for Arbitration. Also, please see [9] on yesterday's ANI board and admin User:Jkelly's reply. The energies of the participants above have been stretched to the breaking point with the endless previous mediation, the current Arbitration, and now with the harrassment by users such as User:Jefferson Anderson and the opening of this mediation. --Mattisse 14:38, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
