In reply to possible copyright infringement: The information summarises standard biography facts that are available on book sleeves, and on the publisher website. They are not substantially taken, or copied verbatim. Therefore I believe no copyright infringement, everything comfortably falls into fair use. Have also emailed author to make aware of entry.
