Kid, first of all, whoever you are, learn to spell. Second, the talk page allows wikipedia users to talk about the subject. You don't actually get to talk to Mat Hoffman.

P.S. I read his book. It's great; you should read it... All of it.

Hi there. I seem to remember that Hoffman was the original source for the quote: "Pain is Temporary. Chicks Dig Scars. Glory is Forever." I remember reading an interview withm in some BMX or Freestyle magazine back in the 1980s or '90s, long before it was quoted by The Simpsons or the movie The Replacements. I don't have the original source any more, but is there anybody out there who does? I think that this quote is sufficiently prevalent in society to merit inclusion on Wikipedia.

[edit] Nick

I noted that M.H. was in a couple "Ned's Declassified..." shows on the channel Nick (owend by Viacom)

[edit] WHY DOESNT DENNIS McCoy have a article?

[edit] Information recently added by 199.216.41.251

Just alerting you to the fact that someone using the IP address has added a lot of information to your page; while this could be a good thing, I highly suspect that I may have been copied and pasted from another site. This is because many users operating from behind a proxy with the IP address 199.216.41.251 have vandalized a fair quantity of pages. Thought I'd let you know. -YK Times 22:43, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
