Matthew Gannon

Matthew Kevin Gannon (August 11, 1954 - December 21, 1988) was a CIA Officer killed in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland.
Gannon was an Arabist who spent much of his career serving in the Middle East. He married Susan Twetten, daughter of Tom Twetten (later Deputy Director of Operations at CIA). Matthew and Susan met while Tom was Matthew's immediate supervisor.
He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
