Matthew G. Taylor is a Canadian actor. He is most notably known for portraying Nemesis and Matt Addison in Resident Evil: Apocalypse.

Taylor spent his youth in Toronto, Canada. Before becoming an actor, he was a police officer and personal trainer. He has also studied martial arts for fifteen years, and has a black belt in karate. While Taylor graduated from college in 1994, he has recently returned in order to further his studies in acting.

Taylor has also appeared in Mutant X, Lucky Number Slevin, and Cinderella Man .
