Matt Edmondson is a stand-up comedian and ex-children's television presenter with the CBBC digital channel. Matt is a former columnist and feature writer for the Southern Daily Echo and has also presented the Big Toe Radio Show on BBC7, and is currently the CBBC Extra Video Loop presenter.

Prior to his work with the BBC, Matt was a roving reporter for Channel 4's Richard and Judy. He has also worked as a close-up magician and is a member of the Magic Circle and has been a magic advisor on several television productions including SMTV Live and Shock Treatment.

Matt is originally from Portsmouth and now lives in Greenwich, London, to facilitate his work within television. He lives with his sister Kate Edmondson, who is a presenter for MTV.
