Matt Davies is the frontman for Welsh post-hardcore quintet Funeral for a Friend

For Funeral for a Friend's first two albums, Casually Dressed and Deep in Conversation and Hours, and indeed all prior work such as EPS, Matt's role in the band was chiefly that of the lead singer, however in the bands forthcoming album Tales Don't Tell Themselves Matt also contributes with guitar playing.

He is not related to bassist Gareth Davies despite popular belief.
