Matt Barr

Matt Barr (b. February 14, 1984 in Allen, Texas) is an American television and film actor. Best known for his role as Brandon Vandecamp in American Pie Presents Band Camp, his upcoming roles include The HeadHunter and Ten Inch Hero. Barr also plays Peyton Sawyer's (played by Hilarie Burton) stalker on One Tree Hill.
