Matsudaira Morio

Matsudaira Morio (松平保男 Matsudaira Morio?); (1878-1944) was a Japanese naval officer of the late 19th to early 20th centuries. He was born by a concubine to Matsudaira Katamori, the former daimyō of Aizu. Morio served as captain of the vessels Ibuki and Settsu, and later became commander of the Yokosuka Naval Infantry Corps. He retired at the rank of Rear Admiral. Morio also held the title of viscount (shishaku 子爵) in the kazoku system.
