Mats Trygg (born June 1, 1976 in Norway) is a Norwegian ice hockey defenseman. He is currently playing for Kölner Haie in the DEL. He has played six seasons with the Swedish Elitserien club Färjestads BK and won the Swedish Championship with them in 2002. He has twinbrother who also play ice hockey, Marius Trygg.
