MATRIX FUN FOODS is a third generation family run business starting in 1965. They specialise in mobile ice cream catering, trading at shows events and at sites throughout Australia for over forty years. They are well renowned as the early pioneers of the 'Mr Whippy' concept through the mid 60's in Australia. During the last 40 years they have built an enviable reputation for our professionalism and quality of service.

Matrix Fun Foods has also set many performance bench marks throughout the evolution of the Mobile Ice Cream vending industry, especially with their new and modern vans, innovative ideas and attitude. They were the first Australian mobile Ice-Cream business to fully design and build a mobile Smoothie & Juice Van. They also were the first to introduce a healthy option menu with Low Fat Soft-Serve, Fat Free Gelato and health drinks. Evidence of their quest for healthier catering was evident when they recently won the prestigious Melbourne Bayside Healthy Food Choice award.

More recently in conjunction with 'Nestle Peters' they had the privilege of being part of the Commonwealth Games Queen's Baton Relay tour which covered well over 20,000km around Australia. They traveled to many locations around the Australian continent caring for all logistics and sales for the 50 day tour.

An area were they excel in is the rigorous Food Handling training that they provide to their staff. All their staff are professionally trained to handle food and must complete a Certificate IV in Food Safety.
