The title of this album is due to the CD being wrapped in former drummer, Jesse Ingelevics' math homework. The first song Alexisonfire wrote was "The Philosophical Significance of Shooting My Sister in the Face: An Essay By James Secord". The second song was "Little Girls Pointing and Laughing".
