Matando Cabos (Killing Cabos) is a 2004 Mexican film directed by Alejandro Lozano in close partnership with long time friend Tony Dalton. One of the highest anticipated Mexican movies of all time, mainly due to the high budget involved in it and the amount of money put into the action scenes such as the car chase through the Estadio Azteca.

[edit] Plot Overview
The movie tells the story of a couple friends that end up in big trouble because of a series of unfortunate events. A kidnap that goes wrong, spirals into a chain of events that get more complicated as the movie progresses, often leading to hilarious situations between the characters. Both a movie and a parody of the problems in Mexican society today dealing with subjects such as corruption and kidnapping. The movie has a comedic tone in general, but contains a few serious scenes of sex and fights. "Matando Cabos" was rated R by the MPAA for pervasive violence and language, some strong sexuality and drug use.
