Copyrights for the character are own by Barasui. Most Japanese artists/companies allow for fanart work so long as it does not replicate the original story or is used commercially. As evidence, I'm pretty sure the images on his own site are fanart. It doesn't seem to say one way or the other, but they appear inconsistant enough to be the work of multiple artists. |
